What can I so legally to get paid?
I was working for someone in a trucking company. They have lawsuits pending for not paying employees what they are owed. They have also stopped payment on one other employee that quit and have not paid another employee at all. They currently owe me $2400, in which i have bills of lading as proof. If I was to deduct the funds from their business account, would they have a legal ground to sue or have me prosecuted for larceny/theft?

I would not even tough your employer's business account for the unpaid money for wages that you are owed. Doing such will result in problems for you most likely. The way to get your matter resolved is to contact a labor attorney and/or a representative with your local department of labor and make a complaint against your employer for unpaid wages.
