I was recently laid off, and I have a question about a phrase in my separation agreement

I have been laid off and need to sign my separation agreement to get my severance. There is a sentence in the agreement that I cannot understand and am hoping you can clarify for me. First, there is a sentence that says I affirm I’ve been paid all wages, leave, etc. that I’m entitled to. Then it says,

If you agreed that you were paid everything to which you are entitled, you may *not* sue for wages, leave, etc.--you've already contractually agreed (i.e. in an enforceable way) that you are not owed anything. The other sentence means you are acknowleding that you and your employer may disagree ("good faith dispute") about whether anything had been otherwise due, but that's irrelevant: based on what you write, the first sentence already signs away your write to sue, by acknowledging that you receive everything due to you.
