What should I do if I was recently fired from my job for stealing and now there is a warrant out for my arrest?
I didn’t steal anything and they have no proof other than 1 written statement. I’ve also found out there is a warrant for my arrest regarding this theft of property. Do I have any concerns of being convicted with no proof?

You need to consult directly with a local criminal law attorney ASAP. Warrants are taken seriously by the justice system and they do not expire. You'll have to make a court appearance to clear up the warrant. After that, you can consult with your lawyer as to the charge that you are facing and what, if any, viable proof exisits of your guilt. But again, first things first, take steps to clear up the warrant.
