The best answer is that it could potentially affect your ACD. Driving with a license suspended is not the "crime of hte century", but it's still a new offense. If you have a prosecutor or judge who is, for lack of a better term, a "hard a**", then either could feel it's their obligation to assess a higher punishment. If the judge or prosecutor see you as just one of another 1000 cases to walk through the door, they may not care or give your case any extra attention. To know what type of judge/prosecutor you have in your jurisdiction, consider having a consultation with an attorney from the jurisdiction where your cases are pending. Do not assume that all jurisdictions are the same. Find an attorney that routinely practices in your areas for the most useful assessment.
