What to do if I was involved in a minor fender-bender and the other person agreed to handle things for a set amount of money but now they are asking for more money?
Half was paid at the time of incident and other half paid a week later. Also, both if us greed not to file a police report.

The other party in the accident is taking advantage of you. You should not pay this person anything to handle this case.
The party, who was not at fault in the accident, should file a property damage claim with the at-fault party's insurance company. The at-fault party's insurance company should pay for the cost of repairs to the car of the person not at fault in the accident.
