I have been in contact with driver’s insurance company but they are not treating me right. Want to know if it is worth hiring someone to get what I deserve?

It depends. What are your injuries, treatment, bills and loss of earnings due to the accident? Is there a Traffic Collision Report and how much damage was caused to your car/vehicle? How did the accident happen?
