What will happen if a friend was driving and she hit 2 pedestrians but her name is not on her family’s insurance?
My friend and I are both 17. She was driving and for some reason didn’t realize how close she was to 2 old women crossing the street. The passenger side of her car hit one old women, who toppled over her friend. They could not get up on their own and they were taken to the hospital. We waited for the cops to come and gave a police report. What is going to happen?

As long as she was driving with permission, she is covered. If her parents knew she was driving, she had permission.
