If my probation gets revoked and I get sentenced to jail time will I get credit for the 3 1/2 months I already served even though I was in drug court?

I was in jail 3 times for a total of 3 1/2 months during my time spent in a felony drug court program. Eventually I graduated and plead guilty to a lesser charge (misdemeanor) and I was sentenced to 3 years probation.

Under the laws of all states in this coutnry you would receive credit for the time served in jail if your probation gets revoked. Given the precarious situation that you have written about, I suggest that you immediately consult with an experienced criminal defense attorney.
