i was in an accident and the man at faults insurance company is saying that the car is worth more than it is and wont total tthe car.

The car is in bad condition and I dont want $5200.00 worth of repairs on it. I just want to total it.

You can argue or get a public adjuster to represent you. You also can say give me the money to repair it, and then pocket the money and sell it as scrap. You also could sell the car for as is and sue for the difference between what it was worth before the accident and what you get for it now.
