If I was in a car accident that was not my fault, can the other driver win because I was driving on a suspended license?

I did not get a ticket. She is trying to sue me for her medical.

I don't believe that's relevant to whether you were negligent.  The issues at trial should be confined to the circumstances of the collision.  Your driving status should not be relevant.
