What will happen if I was in a car accident several months ago that was deemed my fault and I had no car insurance at the time?

The other party’s vehicle was totaled and they are taking me to court for the value of the totaled vehicle. Can they garnish my wages and to what extent? Can they seize any of my property, including money in bank accounts?

Hello. The answer depends on the particular laws in your state. Assuming a judgment is made against you, you will be required to complete a form detailing your finances, including your accounts. The creditor likely will take full action to be paid in accordance with state law. If you seek attorney counsel:

Some attorneys, myself included, will confer for free, at no charge. Then, if legal work is performed, some attorneys, myself included, will provide a reduced fee for need. All the best
