What to do if I was hit by a driver who was rejected from her parent’s policy?

Is she an uninsured mororist? AAA said no because the car is legally insured, though voiding coverage due to the rejected driver.

In the situation that you have written about there is potential insurance to cover your injuries and damages from the policy issued to the owner of the vehicle even if the person driving it did not have insurance coverage. Your theory of liability would be negligent entrustment of the vehicle by the car's owner to the person who was driving it.

You might contact your own insurance carrier to see if you have an uninsured/underinsured policy for the vehicle you were driving. I suggest that you might wish to consult with a personal injury attorney about your matter.
