What to do if I was dumb and got caught shoplifting yesterday?
The total amount that was shoplifted was 160.00. I was given fines from the place of $480 and was told that I would still have to go to court. What is the likelihood that as a 1st time offender, this will not be a felony on my record? What can I do or what should I say when I go to court?
