Yes, you may face charges. The reason is that most state require a driver involved in an accident that results in an injury or damage to property not to leave the scene of the accident. The law normally requires the drivers at to provide their name, residence, VIN, license number and insurance information to the other party and/or a police officer. If a police officer is not in the vicinity or able to respond to the scene of the accident, then the drivers should go to nearest police station to provide the necessary information. If there is no injury or property damage, at the very least, information should be exchanged between drivers (and of course, your driving on a suspended license opens up a whole other set of problems).
