i was denied an application based on my race.

i went into a chinese buffet and asked for an application and she laughed at me and said no. then she came back and said sorry but still offered no application. i then called the owner and he told me she didn’t speak any english….at all. why would she say sorry and why would she acknowledge my question with the proper answer if she didn’t speak english. do i have a case against these people?
