i have been doing comm service, signed up for school, **** counseling and mental counseling, i have a job now. my court date is in a month. i have possesion of alchol charge. i have a dip and another possession of aclhl charge pending. im 19. what are the best and worst scenarios?

You will be in jail for a while.  Your previous community service will turn into jail time.  What are you doing? All this happened and you are 19?

 

You better, and I repeat, get a private attorney to help you.  Public defenders are effective but they do have large caseloads.  Try www.attorneypages.com.

I don't know what you mean by alcohol charge -- do you mean in possession or do you mean driving or both?
