If I was caught stealing from my job and they called today and want me to come in so we can talk, can they arrest me if I go in?

I admitted to it. They let me go home and placed me on suspension for over 2 weeks.

Your employer may not arrest you, since it is not the authorities. If they have contacted the police and provided evidence of a crime, then the police could arrest you, whether at your workplace, at your home, or, indeed, any place else that they locate you.
