If you were arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance or alcohol and the the citiation has some irregularities where the time of arrest was correct but the date is not, you really have nothing to contest about the error and its impact upon your arrest.
Since you have been arrested for a criminal offense where the penalty could very well be jail time, suspension of you driving privileges and a monetary fine, I recommend that you retain an experienced criminal defense attorney to represent you with respect to the charges that you are facing. Most likely having an experienced criminal defense attorney will assist in reducing the stress of the criminal proceeding and could very well reduce the penalties that you ultimately receive if convicted.
Good luck.
