If I want to teach yoga in my home to a woman, is that legal?

What kind of disclaimer do I need her to sign so I protect myself and my family from any liability?

The problem has to do with her being an invitee...on business with you. You should consult a local business incubator, who may have access to low cost or no cost legal services. Disclaimers are good but won't eradicate liability for all injuries. Talk to a business incubator about what you need from contracts to disclaimers to business registration.
