If I want to make my own Will, are there any special laws I should be aware of?

Is there a specific web site/online form you would recommend I use?

I urge you to consider seeking legal help to have a Will drawn up.  If the Will is improperly drafted or executed you run the risk of it being challenged.  Generally it can not also be handwritten,  but that depends on the state and circumstances. Also, there is a formal "ceremony" so to speak, in the execution before two witnesses.  And some states have many laws to be aware of: in Florida for example, the law limits to whom you can leave real property. Good luck.

Laws may vary from state to state, and sometimes change. Tiny variations in the facts, or a fact not set forth in a question, often can change a legal outcome or an attorney's conclusion. Unlike the information in the Answer(s) above, upon which you should NOT rely, for personal advice you can rely upon we suggest you retain an attorney to represent you.
