If I want to file probate on my own because I can’t afford help, how can I do this?

There is no real step-by-step information online that i have seen. All I have is a house and vehicle that I need switched to my name.

In Ca, there is a simplified procedure for small estates. However, there arIdollar limits that cannot be exceeded. Since i don't know the value of the house, it may or may not apply to you.
