What can I do if I’ve been turned for commercial space because I sell adult toys and lingerie?

They will not even let me put in an application.

You can't do anything other than look for other space. A commercial landlord is free to turn down a tenant whose business he/she disapproves of, does not want to be associated with, or does not want in his or her building; there is no inherent right to be able to be rent commercial space wherever one wishes.
