I valet my car and they did damage to it

I valet my car in downtown Los Angeles before
I even left the lot I notice the big tend and
scratches on my bumper n fender I know they
usually have signs saying they are not
responsible for theft damage of your car Im
trying to figure out whats can I do at this point
and do the valet have insurance so I dont have
to go thought mine

The valet service should have insurance and you should file your property damage claim (cost of repairs to your vehicle) with their insurance carrier.
You should select your own auto body repair shop.  The at-fault party cannot dictate which repair shop you should use.
