What to do if I used my girlfriend’s bank card and overdrew her account?
Afterwards I told her to report the card stolen upon the police’s investigation they have her handing me the card. The bank made her liable for charges closed her account and sent it to collections. The DA indicted us for theft-1 criminal conspiracy to commit theft-1 and making a false report. They charged her over draft fees and we didn’t make any fake deposits or anything. Just used her over draft protection. Is that really theft?
