If I tore my bicep tendon at work but after a month of seeing doctors I’m being told it’s too late to fix it, what should I do?

I tore my bicep tendon at work and after a month of seeing doctors, I’m being told it is to later to fix it. It should have been fixed with surgery within in the first 2 weeks. I feel like I was wronged since the doctors and the insurance company took their time and now I have to live with my arm this way. I am left handed and it is my left arm that was injured.

I am sorry you suffered this injury.  It would be best for you to contact a workers compensation attorney in your area to discuss the laws in your area and what your rights are as far as being compensated for your injury and any permanent damage you may have.  This can vary from state to state.  Most attorneys offer free consultations.  Good luck to you.
