What are my rights if I sold a vehicle for $900 the buyer looked it over before purchasing it but 8 hours later they want their money back due to repairs needed to the vehicle?

They paid cash and no contract was signed. It was bought as it was. Now they want to sue me. Do they have any right to sue me?

They could sue you IF you knew about mechanical conditions or problems and did not disclose them: a failure to disclose known important or material problems can be fraud. If you did not know about the condition(s) they would not have a claim; and they would not have a claim if you told them about the conditions, they decided to buy, but then changed their mind. It's only the hiding of important information which could be fraud. Note that they can prove that you "knew" of the condition(s) if the problems are such that anyone owning the vehicle logically must have been aware of them.
