No, it is not too late to go!  You should absolutely go and get checked out.  You don't say how long ago the fall took place, though.  Did you notify the hotel personnel that you fell?  You should do that right away so they have a record of it.  Then, if you wish to make a claim for your injury, let them know and they will turn it over to their insurance company.
