If I signed a rental agreement 3 days ago and noticed today the apartment is infested with cockroached, can I break a lease after 3 days?

During a walk though of the apartment with an agent from the company, before signing the lease, I brought up the question of pest control. She assured me that the apartment was clean and is sprayed monthly, No notice of the infestation was provided.

If you have not yet moved into the rental that you have a lease for but have noticed vermin infestation, you need to advise the landlord of the fact before move in and demand that the problem be eliminated before you move in. Until such is taken care of, I would not move into the rental. Keep a copy of all correspondence sent to your landlord on the subject.

From what you have written, you do not yet have a basis to terminate your lease with your landord without recourse.
