What can I do as a beauty pageant business owner to protect my business image and keep another business from advertising that it is making sashes for my queens?

I run “Little Miss” state beauty pageant for young girls. I recently found that another business is making sashes for my queens and without my permission to use our business name.

You would have to discuss the particulars with an attorney to determine if you have treademarked the pageant name or if any other protections may apply.  If they do, a cease and desist letter would likely be the first correspondence sent.
