I am a lawyer in CT and practice in thie area of law.  A realator is the person that shows you the property and helps you secure a lease or house.  The realator is not the landlord or owner.  Once you possess the property the realator helped you acquire, that is the end of their job.  The person you should be directing your calls to is the landlord/owner of the property.  The landlord has a duty to fix the things you are talking about.
