What you need to do is retain an attorney to investigate the evidence and file the appropriate motions to attempt to obtain an acquital, obtain a reduction in the charge or minmize the punishment.  The arresting officer may not have followed the appropriate procedures, or possibly there may be facts or evidence sufficient to warrant a win on a motion to suppress.

Probably try the case unless there's really bad evidence otherwise.  Never take a breath--in my view.  They'll charge you even if you pass.  But without it, your case is much easier to win.  I suggest contacting an attorney.
