If I recently found out a business owner has been charging me specifically more than any other customer, is this illegal ?
My brother and I frequent a local bar. Last night we found out the bartender has been charging us specifically more than the other patrons. I know this can’t be legal but I’m not sure what can be done.

Under the laws of all states in this country, if you are getting a higher charge than other patrons of the bar then what the owner is doing seemingly is irregular from a business standpoint but is not illegal.
You could have refused to pay for the drink(s) that you received. For example, as a lawyer, I charge different clients different hourly rates depending upon their ability to pay, my prior dealings with them and how difficult they will be.
