What can I do if I recently filed a sexual harassment complaint at my current job involving another co-worker, who was then allowed back to work with me?
After filing the complaint, and right after the incident occurred, the harasser was sent home for the day. However, when I came into work the next day they had him working in the same department as me he was even able to get into the break room alone with me. I am just curious if this was legal or even normal?

A complaint does not prove that the other person did what you accuse him of. The employer needs to investigate the complaint and, if they conclude it was valid, take appropriate action when the investigation is complete. But they do not need to suspend, transfer, etc. the other person until the investigation is over, and only if they conclude that harassment occured.
