What to do if the seller removed a strorage shed prior to closing?

I purchased a home recently. Closing went fine and I took possession of the house 10 days later as had been agreed. When I arrived at my new home, the storage shed which was custom built to match the house had been removed from the property. It was a freestanding structure placed on a concrete slab but not attached to it in any fashion. I reviewed the purchase agreement and in the section of fixtures and improvements, “all detached storage buildings” are included. The sellers claim then never intended to include the building, and their agent says that because it was not attached, it is not included in the contract.

what did the purchase agreement say was to be included?  if nothing said, then unless it was a fixture(could not be removed without damaging the real estate) it was personal property that could be removed.
