You can sue the company that failed to print the logo for breach of contract.  Your damages (the amount of monetary compensation you are seeking in your lawsuit for breach of contract) would be the contract price (the amount you paid) or if you have the logo printed by another company, the costs you incur for having the work completed.  Depending on the amount of your damages, you may be able to file the lawsuit in Small Claims Coiurt.  Your damages should also include court costs.  Court costs would include the court filing fee and process server fee.
