I own an atv free and clear. Have clear title. Ineed to sell it to pay my mortgage payment.

My question is, my 2nd cousin has cash and is willing to buy it. I may have to consider bankruptcy in the near future. Where there is no lien on my atv can I sell it whenever I want and to whomever I want, and does it matter how much I sell it for? I ask because I dont know if I’ll be in a chapter 7 or 13, and I want to make sure I’m within the law to sell my own property now.

It all depends.  You are selling to pay your mortgage, pay it.  It is really abuse if you are hiding assets or buying everything to then discharge the debt.
