If you and your business partner own a piece of real estate and both have signed a listing agreement which in retrospect may have too high of a price initially, you can request that the list price be lowered but in order to lower it, your real estate agent most likely will require agreement by you and your business partner in writing to do so.
Although one business partner may bind the other with respect to a business matter, I suspect that it will be your real estate agent who will require a lowering of the price for the listing to be agreed to in writing by both you and your business partner.
