If I ordered a phone but received 2 of them, am I legally obligated to return the second phone?

The first one had an invoice of someone els, and the second had my invoice. They both had my name and address on the label. The identification numbers in the invoice of the other phone did not match the identification of the phone box that came with it. My identification numbers on the invoice and phone box did match. I already called and told them about the situation and they told me to return the phone.

Legally and morally you are obligated to return to extra telephone that you received by mistake from the vendor under the laws of all states in this country. How would you feel if you were the vendor and mistakenly sent a customer an extra telephone that was not paid for?
