You need to meet with an attorney on this. If money is an issue, you can see if at the courthouse that you will be filingthe papers with, if the clerks there can help you. Otherwise try legal aid or see if their is a free/low cost clinic near to where you live. Law schools run clinics and they help with cases just such as yours.
