File for divorce against him. In the divorce, you can get a share of the marital assets (house, money in the bank, vehicles, etc.), child support, and most likely some amount of spousal support (alimony) unless you were the main or at least fully equal breadwinner. During the divorce, the court can order support on an interim basis, while the case is pending. Consult with a famil law attorney about how to best protect your rights and interests.
