If I need all my family member’s signatures to assume my father’s home loan but have no way of contacting 1 brother, what can I do?
Nobody has heard or seen him in 15 years .

If you cannot locate your brother who you have not heard from in 15 years, perhaps you might want to do an online search for him, There are companies that you can pay for a 24 hour pass for $30.00 or so.
Another option would be for your to retain a private investigator to do a locate of your brother. A private investigator most likely would be the most surest source to have a locate on this brother assuming he is still alive.
