If about 4 years ago I made the mistake of marrying a girl that leaves overseas, how do I get divorced and cancel the immigration process?

I applied for her to come redise here in the U.S. I want to back out of the marriage and cancel the immigration process and I would like to know the process to make that happen. Can she do anything to prevent me to go forward with the process?

If you wish to end the marriage then I suggest that you consult with a family law attorney to begin the dissolution process with a filing. You then need to contact the nearest immigration department (presumably where you submitted the visa appication) and cancel the application. The spouse cannot prevent you from going forward with the ending of the marriage and cancellation of the visa application.
