If I’m the sole conservitor on my child’s account, can I use some of the funds towards a down payment on a house?

If you are the conservator of your child's account you cannot under the laws of all states in this country use the child's money to buy a house absent a court order allowing you to do so. I suggest that if the child's money is desired to be used to buy a house for your child that you first consult with a Wills and trust attorney as to the protocol.
