I’m starting a lawn care business that uses manual equipment and organic fertilizer. Can I call my business “organic” or is there a legally required certification?

I could not locate the legal definition. It does not mean it does not exist. Howevever, based on your description, I would say that yes, you can call your business organic.

I am not sure how you would go about doing it. I had heard of a business being Green.

Good luck!
