If I’m planning on marrying a UK citizen but my daughter’s father is refusing to let her leave the country?
Her father has not seen her in about a year and has never paid child support or any type of support ever. I went to the courts and they said in order for me to leave the country I need his permission to take the child. I spoke to him today and he said there is absolutely no way in leaving the country with his kid. What can I do?

You need to seek legal help here. You are going to have a legal battle on your hands either to attempt to terminate his parental rights or to allow you to leave with her, proving to the court that her life would be substantially improved by the move and allowing generous visitation here with her father. Good luck.
