If I’m going through divorce and my wife’s car is titled to both of us but registered to me, is she responsible for tickets on the car?

She received 2 tickets for parking and. Overdue inspection. She did not answer or pay these fines. The tickets have now almost tripled. And the court issed the fines in my name because the car is registered to me If I can prove that she was driving the vehicle can she be held responsible for the fines? This is her primary vehicle.

Held responsible as to who?  The Court - in your divorce action - or DMV and Parking Violations?  DMV and Parking do not care about your divorce agreement but the Judge presiding in your divorce should consider the matter.  Get help proving your case.  Good luck.
