What can I do if I’m getting garnished now from 9 year old judgement?

You should not be garnished: in your state (and most states), your wages can only be garnished to the extent that they exceed $253.75 per week, wicgh your wages do not, from what you write. Contact your county court and inquire into how to object to a garnishment when your wages are too low to be garnished.
