What to do if I’m a 1st time car buyer and bought a car with a clean history report but later found out that the car was involved in a collision?
It made the cover of the air bag open. The dealership said that it was really involved in a collision but won’t allow me to return the car. Do I have the right and have the chance of winning the case? I loaned the car in credit union payable in 5 years.

Under the laws of all states in this country the seller of an item has the duty to disclose to all potential purchasers all known that would affect desirabilty or proce paid. If the seller of the car knew that it was in an accideent and did not disclose such to you, then you have a basis to demand repairs for the problem by the seller or return it for your money paid.
