Can I file divorce while pregnant?

We have seperated. Who can name baby? What to do if I don’t want child support?

You can file divorce papers while pregnant. You should indicate that there is expected to be a baby born of the marriage.  You have the right to name the baby.  You can't waive child support.  The judge should order child support even if you don't want it.
