If I got caught in a hit and run, do I need an attorney?
I am under 18 and I just got my license months before. I had 2 people in the car and I got a court date. Will my license get suspended or revoked. No one was hurt and no one died .

Whether or not someone was injured is not the issue. A criminal charge has been made against you. Accordingly, having legal representation is highly advisable. An experienced defense attorney may be able to get the charge thrown out or at least reduced. And having a criminal history record can follow for the rest of your life.
